How It Works
By connecting Skypatrol Fleet Management's device via an Interface Tool Kit to a Garmin PND in each vehicle, you will have available to your finger tips, the complete customer solution: Drivers now have a "screen" in their vehicle for real-time navigation, messaging, and job dispatch capabilities to help them be more efficient.
Skypatrol's GPS unit provides seamless connectivity to the monitoring center via a wireless mobile data network and the Garmin PNDs double will provide navigators and mobile data terminals capabilities inside the vehicle. This fleet management and dispatch messaging interface enables direct-to-driver communication via text messaging, as well as instant re-routing with "new destination" message prompts.
